WHY PINK?

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
That is the best part of our customized plans! In most cases, you do not need any kind of extra equipment! There may be some things we recommend over time but it will always be items necessary to support your health & wellness. (i.e.- A yoga/fitness ball adjusted to your proper height and weight is a perfect way to increase balance, lift posture and build core muscles.)
Most of the time though, you already have all the equipment you need! Use what the good Lord gave you to have a fully fit life!

How does my Personal Trainer know what I need?
By getting to know you through questions and assessments, my years of extensive training & experience and then understanding your personality, environment, lifestyle, schedule and habits. All of these things blended together makes up a better story for me of who you are. Then I take that story, dissect it into different components and compile it into techniques to help simplify your life in ways perhaps unseen before. I work with and talk to you weekly and offer easy access to contact me at any time through my website or app.

Once you have paid for your clothing item in Deb's Shop, you will receive an email from Custom4Me2. Next, your order will be sent to the manufacturing company listed above. *Please see info on Covid-19*
Normally, it takes 2-7 business days to fulfill your order. When your order is ready to be shipped it will then take 2-5 business days to reach you. Any of the time mentioned above depends on what item you ordered, how many items you ordered and all the steps needed to take to fulfill your order. Please be aware that the Covid-19 pandemic has delayed some fulfillment and shipping times on products. Custom4Me2 will send you updates on all products orders as they are being fulfilled, packed and shipped.
